1. Your shop data stays on your computer

Products, stock, sales, invoices and customer details are stored only on your computer. They are never sent to us and we cannot see them. Keeping backups is your responsibility (from the "Backup" page).

2. What we keep for licensing

To activate and keep your licence active, only this reaches our licence server:

• Mobile number and shop name (what you enter when starting a trial)
• The computer's name and an anonymous device ID (to recognise the computer; it contains none of your files or personal data)
• App version, when it last connected, and the IP address at that time
• Payment details: plan, amount, bKash TrxID, and the sender number (if you give it)

3. Why

To verify licences, allow one trial per computer, match payments, prevent abuse, and help you. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

4. This website

This website runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security. We may use cookie-free visitor counts; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long, and deletion

For as long as your licence is active and as long as needed for our records. To have your licence data deleted, write to contact@stockfinch.com.
