১. লাইসেন্স
StockFinch কিনলে আপনি সফটওয়্যারটি ব্যবহারের লাইসেন্স পান, মালিকানা নয়। মাসিক প্ল্যান ১টি কম্পিউটারে, বাৎসরিক ও আজীবন প্ল্যান ২টি কম্পিউটারে চালানো যাবে। লাইসেন্স কী অন্যকে দেওয়া, বিক্রি করা বা শেয়ার করা যাবে না।
২. ফ্রি ট্রায়াল
প্রতিটি কম্পিউটার ও মোবাইল নম্বরে একবার ১৪ দিনের ফ্রি ট্রায়াল, সব ফিচারসহ। কেনার আগে ট্রায়ালে ভালোভাবে যাচাই করে নিন।
৩. পেমেন্ট ও নবায়ন
পেমেন্ট bKash-এ, অ্যাপের ভেতর থেকে TrxID দিয়ে। আমরা পেমেন্ট যাচাই করে সাধারণত ১২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে চালু করি। মাসিক ও বাৎসরিক প্ল্যান মেয়াদ শেষে নিজে থেকে নবায়ন হয় না — অ্যাপ থেকে নবায়ন করতে হয়। মেয়াদ শেষ হলে আপনার তথ্য থাকে ও দেখা যায়, কিন্তু নবায়ন না করা পর্যন্ত নতুন বিক্রি যোগ করা যায় না।
৪. রিফান্ড
কেনার পর রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয় না — তাই আগে ১৪ দিনের ফ্রি ট্রায়াল ব্যবহার করুন। তবে ভুল পরিমাণে বা একই পেমেন্ট দুবার (ডুপ্লিকেট) পাঠালে সেই বাড়তি টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হয়।
৫. আপনার তথ্য ও ব্যাকআপ
আপনার দোকানের তথ্য আপনার কম্পিউটারে থাকে এবং এর ব্যাকআপ রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার। কম্পিউটার নষ্ট বা হারিয়ে গেলে ব্যাকআপ ছাড়া তথ্য ফেরত আনা সম্ভব নয়।
৬. ওয়ারেন্টি ও দায়
আমরা সফটওয়্যারটি সঠিকভাবে চালু রাখতে চেষ্টা করি, তবে এটি "যেমন আছে" ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয়। সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারের কারণে কোনো ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতির জন্য আমাদের দায়, আপনি যে পরিমাণ টাকা পরিশোধ করেছেন তার বেশি হবে না।
৭. লাইসেন্স স্থগিত
লাইসেন্স কী শেয়ার, প্রতারণামূলক পেমেন্ট বা অপব্যবহার হলে আমরা লাইসেন্স স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারি।
৮. পরিবর্তন
প্রয়োজনে এই শর্তাবলি হালনাগাদ হতে পারে; বড় পরিবর্তন হলে ওয়েবসাইটে জানানো হবে। ইতিমধ্যে কেনা প্ল্যানের মূল্য তার মেয়াদে পরিবর্তন হবে না।

1. Licence
Buying StockFinch gives you a licence to use the software, not ownership of it. The Monthly plan may be used on 1 computer; Yearly and Lifetime on 2 computers. Licence keys may not be given away, resold or shared.
2. Free trial
One 14-day free trial per computer and per mobile number, with all features. Please test it thoroughly before buying.
3. Payment and renewal
Payment is by bKash, entered in the app with the TrxID. We verify payments and usually activate within 12 hours. Monthly and Yearly plans do not renew automatically — renew from the app. After expiry your data remains and can be viewed, but new sales cannot be added until you renew.
4. Refunds
No refunds after purchase — please use the 14-day free trial first. Mistaken payments to us (a wrong amount, or the same payment sent twice) are refunded.
5. Your data and backups
Your shop data stays on your computer and keeping backups is your responsibility. Without a backup, data cannot be recovered if the computer is damaged or lost.
6. Warranty and liability
We work to keep the software running correctly, but it is provided "as is". Our liability for any business loss arising from its use is limited to the amount you paid.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or revoke a licence for key sharing, fraudulent payments or abuse.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated; significant changes will be announced on this website. The price of a plan you have already bought does not change during its term.
